guys Im pretty new to bow hunting, but I already love it, feels alot more personal than with a gun.

I have to hunt out of a blind do the fact my doc dont want me in no climber.

I took my wife on her first hunt, I went out did some scouting found a place with lots of wildlife, and it was in a pretty spot right down by the river....saw about 20 turkeys and 2 does even though...

I feel ya, I prefer heat but we dont have the luxery of a cabin, or camper....cant afford it.....we do build a nice campfire though and on occassion smother the fire with sand and put our sleeping...

Ive ran hogs with dogs, loads of fun chasing them in the woods all night, but the places we do it is own private property, where we have permission to be... sometimes we get permission from neighbors...

man, I feel your pain. I dont have the luxery of ever getting the same spot 2 days in a row, so I just try to do a good map recon of the area look at the terrain and see if I can locate a food...

yesterday morning saw deer moving around day break up till about 0830, around 0830 the wind started to kick up, then kinda died back down around 1000. Never saw more deer...

I hand made mine back when I was in Korea a few years back, took some old burlap sand bags and treaded them out, found an old cammo net trimmed out a piece that would fit my back and sewed to a set...
