NO! It is concidered a weapon. Where I live they do not allow the use of a weapon in the city limits. I have to go out of town and do shoot my bow in a area that doesn't allow the use of fireams....

If you back out both limb bolts exactly the same you shouldn't have to re-set the nock heigth. Your pin gap will widen because of the reduction in speed. Most bows will reduce / increase 3-4 pounds...
