Great buck and love that lever action 30-30. That's the perfect rifle for heavy woods. Looks like he's got some size to him as well... over 250lbs anyway.

For the most part deer will bed down during heavy rain...

The camera is a RECONX silent image (the older style) with infra- red.

That buck will never come back.

Yes Greg, it's a 12ga single shot slug gun. The barrel is huge and heavy, but the gun is extremely accurate.
