I have to agree with Clem. Try inserting the bullet manually, close and open the bolt. Are the scratches still there? If not, then its from the clip from chambering and ejecting the round.

Still not bad for such a small bullet. Iím sure if you tweaked the load a little you may be able to improve the grouping. But like you said that load would do just fine for deer hunting.
