I buy on average about 3 new bows each season. This year I've owned a Maitland Retribution, Bowtech D350, Strother Vanquish and now I have an Elite Hunter.

Sounds like you answered your own question...they had issues with certain bows and for 2010 added the FLX guard to help fix those issues. The Captain obviously didn't have the issues as the Admiral...

For me there's no better arrow rest on the market than the Limbdriver by VaporTrail. It's super easy to set up, and tune...and the result is phenominal arrow flight.

I prefer the Axcel Armortech...
