How do i ge rid of the Weeds?

I have planted Turnips, winter pea, and oats, and i have some weeds coming up in the winter pea, and the oats. What can spray without killing my food plot.[:@]

Is it to early

I live in Calhoun, IL yesterday afternoon i through out some Turnip, Oats, and Winter Pea, mix and harrowed it in. Was it too soon to plant. I had somebody tell me i was too early.
