I don't bow hunt in the in the rain it seems a little unethical to me hard to blood trail a deer when the rain is washing the blood away. If you get on them too soon they can really go a long way...

Sorry to say they don't care how long you have bow hunted for you still need to take the Bow hunter safety course. The regular hunter safety course is no good it will only cover your gun license.
