well personally i love shootin the beman venture 400's..there a great arrow..there not so heavy and they shoot fastly..since ur not pickin from this arrow id go with the faster of the 2..

usually i start at the 10 yard marker...then after i master that point i work at 15...then 20...and so on...but before i move into another point i make sure the one before was conquered and i make...

i agree with some the guys go to ur local archery dealer and get measured and everything first and find a bow that fits you....but PSE is a great bow..i got one myself :D
