Split the difference and go with the G5 striker. Shoots VERY similar to the rage 2 and you don't have to replace all the parts after you shoot it. Theallen heads that hold therage are tiny and weak....

You could always go toa four fletch with the blazer too. The leading edge of the vane shouldn't hit it at the angle the vanes are put on. I actually switched to 4 blazers because I shot better groups...

I do think the light is necessary especially if you hunt in a blind. The pins are very bright with the wrap but in a blind you don't have much light and at dusk it's just that much better.

No doubt blazers are the best or if you can find a vane you like that is really stiff. Anything that isn't will wrinkle but if that doesn't drive you nuts then give it a try.

Ebay...good to know those quick spins are expensive. I'm about half way with my testing. I've done 4-2" blazers, 4 quick spin speed hunters and the 3-2" blazers at 25/35/45 yds with G5 striker 100...
