I prefer to filet my crappie and dip them in Zatarrains Fish Fry. Then I fry them outside using mypropane cooker. Let'em sit until they float to the top. For extra crispy I let them float a little...

Went up to Concordia Parish. Lake Concordia and out to Catahoula Parish for the crappie. Caughtseveral about that size but gavesome away to a fellow I knew.;)
