yea I agree with you, it is a tad on the slow side. I am planning on buying some 4198 one of these days I think it has nicer performance for a wide range of temperatures as well. What loading were...

With 56.0 grains of 3031 behind a HDY 350JFP this this was shooting sub MOA at 50 yards with the skinner sights. Thanks to those who suggested the lee factory crimp die consistent starting pressures...
