The deer have started eating on the beans. Some have taken a hit from the hard frost, especially the one on a hill top.

The deer hadn't touched the Buck Forage Oats when I checked on Tuesday.

This is the first time I've planted Buck Beans, planted in June. The interesting thing about them is the deer will not touch them until they start making the beans. The last time in was at the plots,...
