The tourney sucked. Caught one fish 4# and didn't win a dang thing![:@]
We fished from 9pm until 5am and I only caught 1 fish!

lw, you can wear flatheads out up there on what you are using. Blues are picky. We use jumbo minnows and is they won't hit that, cut the head off, if they won't hit that, cut the head and tail off....

I got mad the other night. Dang catfish would not bite anything. So I took a piece of Milky Way and hooked it. Caught a nice 6 1/2# channel cat on it. Took the other piece and caught a nice 6#...

Nice cats. I'm fishing a catfish tourney the 4th of July 9pm until. It pays $200 per hour for the biggest fish of the hour and the biggest of the night pays $300.00.

From around 4pm till 1am. Hit and miss. Seems like they will hit good for a while then just stop for an hour or so.

Went yesterday and only caught 2 in 3 hrs. One was around 7# and the other...

I use a Amabassador 6000 reel and Power Stick rod. Catch flatheads, channels, and blues every weekend. 30# line.

Anything stinky will work. Try live/dead shad. If they don't hit that, cut...
