And the Feds agreed with him in their ruling. It is the reason why Arizona has now made trophy elk hunts a $3400 tag. Their are trying to limit nonresident applicants by making the tag outrageously...

Actually, that is NOT what I am saying. In fact, the majority of the hunting that I do in California is done on private land with payment being nothing more than 50lbs of sausage & shooting...
