I'm not sure if shooting is a law requirement now. But in my opinion I think all taking a course should have to shoot. I know my son can, but I'm not a instructor. Even though I feel I've taught him...

The supervision thing still doesn't make any sense to me. He needs to be supervised at age 11, but age 12 he doesn't need to be at the course. But in the woods at age 12 he needs to be supervised to...
