Yes it does. Its the same recipe and still contains the mercuric chorlide. Be smart and use with caution and there will be no worries.

I susspect it would be on par with the other blues I used....

I just had to try out this old bottle. Its about ¾ full and just as potent as ever. (check out the price on the label)

I gave it a good shake and boiled the part and applied 6 applications...
