my recipe is simple:

white vinegar
garlic pepper salt
pickling spices

bring brine to a boil; add hard boiled eggs (shell removed, of course) and let sit for awhile - then eat

that's just one little snack :D:D. I like to make them by the gallon(s). Along with a gallon or 2 of pickled sausage. Good eats.
