Didn't see or hear a single bird yesterday. Season done.

I did manage to call in a nice sized coyote to within about 20 yards and my friend I was calling for dropped her. Will post a pic later.

Shot the dominant tom. Been watching him all week trying to make him a couple of guys' first turkey, but he finally came to me. Sat along a woodline along a field. Turkeys were roosted right above...

My season starts today. Off work on Wednesday. Can't wait. Drove by my favorite spot Sunday morning at about 0730 and saw a nice tom strutting. Hopefully he stays put in that area for just a few more...

Two weeks to go. Put my scope back on my shotgun last weekend for a friend to use. Went to sight it in and learned something. Even though the back end of that scope has rubber on it, it still hurts...

I usually just leave mine packed too. Each spring I clean out all the food wrappers and check the gear out and make sure I have everything. And add a few things to it every year.
