I have to disagree some. I usually wear nothing more then my UA COLDGEAR base layer, with a light 1/4 zip over it.

If you get the regular UA, it won't keep you warm, BUT if you get the COLDGEAR,...

Definitely the way to go. You can easily replace a couple of your layers with one layer of the UA Coldgear. It not only keeps you warmer, but to me, the best part of it is NO BULK!
