Your bow manufacturer should be able to provide axel to axel length, brace height, etc that are recommended for your bow. It's possible that these are off because of the string stretching and causing...

I'm no expert but I'll go with what the guys on here have taught me.

Have you checked all the specs and are they on? this would be the first thing I would check.
