I had the same gun liked it. Has a little bump to it not bad though. The only problem was the noise (muzzle break). SHot it ONCE without hearing protection, never again. Congrats on a dandy buck.

I have 3 of them. It will depend on how many night pics you take and how much motion vs stills. I use mine in stills only and it lasts about a month taking 40 or so pics a day/night.

Deer love them. Around here in the grocery stores they even sell them. They are much bigger than the ones on the trees in thw wild though. As stated before once they ripen they are a deer magnet....

Big shot, buck shot. You can climb facing the tree then if you want you can spin around and face away from the tree. The rails have adjustments that allow you to lower it so they are not in the way...
