priceing a harvested hog??

So when you go on a day hunt with an outfitter for hogs, how do they price the hogs for your bill? Most places like this say something like - One hog up to 100lbs, and a dollor a pound over 100lbs....

And here is my plinker. Fits most of your catagorys except its not very light and its 7.62x39. If you can get past those things it makes a grate hog gun. And totaly fun to shoot....
