Looking for some advise. Am shooting a Mcphearson 70lb bow.
Easton 2413 29in arrows. Shoots well, am thinking about going to a carbon arrow. Any recommendations?

Just a reminder about those peskey little DEVEL'S. Had the flu like symptoms X10 last week. Sore back, neck, ect. Temp went to 104 passed out in liv-room. Went to Dr. did blood work came back POS....

As mentioned in org. post by Awshucks, if you put a rubber "O" ring behind the grappler it won't take the fletching's off as the grappler will only go about half way up the shaft. I shoot a phoenix...

I had the same results with a mech broad head. 100gr. Silver Strike (Easton). After loosing a bird last year will not shoot with out it. Also shooting a Phoenix....Bill

New to this page, have a question about cleaning my CVA optima 50 cal.

Head on shot, thru the chest(center just miss the beard). Broad side, Where the wing meets the body. Full strut faceing away from ya, Texas heart shot, right below the tail fan, you get the idea....

The bigger the better on birds. Can tell ya from experience that those little Zwickie Grappler's behind your broadhead will stop a complete pass- thru keeping the arrow in the bird and stopping him...

Dan, Had one of those, returned it. What i'm looking for would allow me to carry my bow up side down ( stock up) if you will, turning the limbs to the front and rear instead of shoulder to shoulder....

Yep, sounds like it's on. Might want to try a Barred Owl call once or twice before the sun rises and you get set up. This will make him gobble on the roost. That way you know about where he is....

Yes sir it is. Have done it many times with shotgun, that was a first with x-bow. Will switch to expandable broadhead for larger cutting dia. and add grappler. Hate the feeling of loosing game. Bill
