You can shoot a .223 round in a 5.56mm chamber, just not the other way around. 5.56 is loaded to a higher pressure and could cause a rupture of a .223 chamber.

The .223 Wylde chamber can fire...

Good bug dope, waterproof warm clothing & boots are probably thingI would not skimp on. Skeeters can get pretty ficious in the spring and early summer. Temp's can still get pretty low then too.

Sping of 2005, I found a working SureFire flashlight on a Snow Machine trail. Fall of 2006, I found a MagLite AA flashlite. Neither were spectacular, but they both worked and I still use them.
