First deer i ever took with a bow was off the ground. The main things are good consealment and stay scent free.

I need some advice on base layers. I've been looking into some base layer options to wear under my carbon suit and I'm curious about the "Silver thread" stuff. Any body use this before? Does it work...

.270 is great, i'm a big .25-06 fan though. Same case as a .270 and a .30-06 just a smaller bullet.

Your not the only the only one with an addiction problem, I'm hopelessly addicted at 20 yrs old and i don't think therapy would do anything but fuel it. My buddy wondered why a needed a 50 gun safe...

If i had a good rest, a sturdy branch or some shooting sticks or something, boom. For a gun of that caliber, with good shooting basics and consistent practice, you can't say no.

Lot of good entry level bows out there. I shoot a PSE and its treated me very well.I want to upgrade but i cant justify the cost right now. I'd recomend a PSE.
