Let me re-phrase what the problem was as it appears that my definition of "Frayed" is incorrect. The cable had a couple of strands that were unwound significantly. Sorry for the mix-up.

Kind of. I turned the target around and drew vitals over the dots. The dot side was un-shot. I just didn't like the dots. I'm so used to shooting vitals that I had trouble focusing on...

I've shot Browning, Oneida, and now Fred Bear. All fine bows. It all boils down to what you feel comfortable with, not how much you spend or the name on the limb.

I feel the same way. I think bowhunting is more rewarding and gets you more in tune w/ nature. which for me is one of the main reasons that I hunt.
