Alot of it depends on your state laws. Best solution is to find someone who wants them. Small zoos, farmers, hog ranches will all ussually take them to feed their animals or fertilize their fields.

35# is plenty with a good cut on contact broadhead. The PSE Spyder seems to be a good choice for a reasonably priced bow with alot of adjustment in it.

The deal with the smaller exit wound has to do with the fact that the bullet does not expand as much due to its greater density....

I would go with the 808 bowfisher. About 1/2 the price of the retreiver and seems very smooth. I would make sure that you add the rod to the end of the base so he cant draw the bow without the button...

I think it all depends on how much you make them aware of your presence. I've had the best luck out of my climber and hang on with sticks just moving in setting up and getting out.
