All,

How early do you start scouting for Spring Turkey? I have noticed before that I have seen turkeys, only to come back 4 weeks later and not be able to find them at all.

I carry a 26" 20ga O/U for Quail and Pheasants. With the 1300 fps loads that are available, I have no problem knocking down Pheasants as long as I get on them quick.

I am from the OKC area. I have access to a couple of leases North of Quinlan. We currently have our leases restricted to harvesting Bucks only.

Kansas: No Open Season on Coyotes?

If I understand the Kansas regulations correctly, there is not an open season, no bag limiton Coyotes. They can only be harvested with a firearm during Deer firearm season. Is this how Kansas hunters...

What direction from Waynoka were you hunting? I was West-SouthWest of Waynoka about 15 miles. For three days all I saw was about a dozen Mule Deer does. I never saw a buck.

I have a lease West of Marietta. I have a ton of activity around my feeder. I even saw a doe and 6-8 point buck moving at 2pm this weekend. Cold front must have them got them moving.
