Missed a Coyote Tonight

Didn't see too much action tonight, but I did get a shot off. One of those furry little critters. Had a real nice pelt too, almoststrawberry blonde colored, it seemed. Shot right over him by half a...

RE: Mature Bucks?

Hey there. I think it might surprise to know how many mature deer can occupy the same area. Truth is, I don't know damn thing about that though. But I will say that certain areas with high numbers of...

RE: This is horrible

Without a doubt, Arthur is absolutely right on this. I say shame on anyone who shoots a deer, good shot or otherwise, and doesn't stick around to track it. And calling a buddy to do his work for him?...

Hey, man, these forums are great and all to hear other people's opinions, but don't dare give up just because of what others are saying to ya. Exhaust all resources and find that deer. Just this year...

RE: is 4 inches of penatration enough??

Also, when an arrow hits a deer and stops w/o much penetration andflops around while the deer runs off before the arrow falls out, it's not like those razor sharp blades stop cutting. Think about...

RE: is 4 inches of penatration enough??

RE: Maximum Confident Shooting Range???

[:-]Man oh man, did I kick the bee hive with this question or what!? The reason I posed said topic in the first place was because of a guy I work w/ who brags about his "last pin being @ 90 yds".He...

RE: Speaking of broadheads....

Hey Ray, you get what you pay for. $30 for 3 makes all kinds of sense when you figure the $ you save not buying all those replacement blades. BTW, can Thunderheads talk about +/- .002 straightness...
