RE: Color blind people going hunting?!?!?!?!

I'm red-deficient colorblind. I can't see blood, but I can pick my target out. My cousin or uncle helps me track, but I have no fear of shooting what I'm supposed to. I wouldn't be out there if that...

Catfood/Dogfood for Coyote?

I've narrowed down a 15-20 yard trail where I'm constantly finding coyote droppings, and it seems to be a big sucker by all the sign I'm seeing. Anyone ever tried to attract them with dogfood or...

.223 vs. .22-250

I'm in the market for a predator gun. Coyotes, groundhogs, bobcats. I'd like to get a 300 yd shot if necessary (for the challenge), but the .223 seems cheaper to shoot. Any advice?

WTB: .22-250 not too expensive....

I'm interested in a .22-250, prefer a synthetic stock and medium or bull barrel. Let me know if you want to get rid of something. Lightly used or new.

RE: Rut in Virginia?

Thanks...My cousin got another 8 the following Saturday. Saw 15 deer on Turkey Day, came back the next day and there were dozens of turkeys...no deer. It's like they know or something.

RE: Top binoculars for under $200

Check on Carson Optics. Many people will be quick to dismiss them, but I love my 8x42 in Mossy Oak Obsession.

CZ 452 Super BRNO .22LR(28 inch barrel), BSA 4-12x40 Mil Dot. Deadly...even at 100 yds. No kidding.

RE: CZ - ANY GOOD??

Go with CZ. Between myself, my uncle and cousin, we have CZs in .17 HMR, .22 LR, .223, and .22 Hornet, and all LOVE them. Quality is great, accuracy is great, and price is very attractive. I'm...

HOWA 1500 Varminter...good gun or not?

I'm looking at getting a .22-250, but don't need to invest a bundle in it. I've heard good things about the Howa/Legacy M-1500. Anyone have one? How does it shoot? Also, should I go with the...

RE: what do you hate about all the new camo out there?

Personally, I think Mossy Oak's Forest Floor is the best ever made. When in the woods, it's important to look like whatever you are next to. For me, that's trees and the ground. That's why I like...

RE: UV killer??????

They will lose brightnessover time, although some detergents have brighteners in them(TIDE), and some don't (CHEER). I've had no luck in finding UV killer either.
