That 30-inch drawlength is definately WAY too long for you, bud. Even if you become strong enough to pull that draw weight, it'll be nearly impossible for you to shoot well since your anchor point...

Tell us a little more about your setup. Things like arrows, arrow rest, sight, etc. One thing that comes to mind also is your string/cables. As they stretch, your accuracy and consistancy will change.

Why are you pulling 70#when you have a bad wrist? Your bow is more than capable of performing well at a lower poundage, like 55-60. Not sure if it'll go down that far though.
