RE: Fread Bear Instinct

I just bought one...for the price seems to be a great setup. Had several guys in the shop complement me on the bow when I was grabbing all the accessories...and I'm new to bow-hunting.

check to see if they have a orange cap that goes on top of the blind as well, depending on where you're at, can never be too safe!

Thanks for the votes of confidence! If I get a chance to shoot the element or instinct and remotely like one, I'll probably buy it! The question now becomes whisker bisquit or drop rest and what type...

RE: Ground Blind

I have the Ameristep Doghouse...Sets up pretty quickly. The "tent" poles are little tight at first, but loosen up. I had a deer run right by me during gun season! She had no idea I was there.

RE: Retrieving downed deer

that's ridiculous! I'd maybe place a phone call to his boss. Especially if he's a game warden. Shouldn't he be more concerned about retrieval of the downed game?

RE: Fireworks?

Yeah, so maybe drop a pack of black cats on the ground--nice way to signal the party that you're ready for the drive. Just be prepared for your DNR truck to show up and inspect weapons for autos. ; )
