Missed ML also, so they sold me 2nd general. That pretty well sucks-snowed out during 1st season but had found the perfect place to hunt early. Now I am clueless again. Turned right around and bought...

Thank you so much. Sounds like I would have purchased not the best choice. I have been huntingthe flat tops - 10700'with dense spruce,small 200 yd openings. I will see if I can't get out to handle...

Sorry for the rough trip. Still nice to get away from phones, work, andwhatever. Two of us hiked in first season with 80 pound packs to the Causway Lake in Unit 12. Roughly 4 miles in. Great county....

Just returned from unit 12-SE corner. Three different snow storms, first didn't stick. Elk #s' were not high above 10500 where we packed in and camped. Saw 1-2 different tracks a day working 5-6...

Everything except sparrows getting into the bluebird boxes. The idea of eating a land roaming omnivore doesn't do much for me, and it reallydoesn't bother me that some people don't.
