Howatt/martin recurves are some of the quietest recurves shot or heard shoot...Not sure if it was the particular bows or setups?? Or just the design of the bows/limbs?

i got my arrows for the 45# bow loaded up with 175 grain tips to get them to fly like darts...i didnt want to shoot a wimpy 1916 so yes i have a heavy arrow for that bow not sure of the actual...

well if the sinker (weight) slides up ad down on the line you dont want it banging directly on your swivel/knot so you put a bead on to cusion it.

they all float somewhat.....

ive used something simular to carolina rig real shallow.....

tie a swivel onto your main line
then get yourself a leader line about 15-20 inches inches long.
get a floating worm or a 4 inch...
