rimfire for coyotes

where i live in michigan, i'm limited to rimfire rifles for preadators.
i got a shotgun, but i was wonderinghow a .22 mag, or a.17hmr would do on coyotes.
i'm interested in predator hunting, but...

'might be a stupid question, but i was wondering if using say, pintail decoys in my mallard spread, after the real pintails are all gone is good or bad

ALWAYS!!!! wear a PFD when yer' in the boat! i never wear mine when i'm fishin', but when i duck...

all i got is a 12Ga. nova and some camo drawers, plus my jacket. i ain't got no chemical anti BO suits, but i warsh in backin' soda when i go deer hunting, an' warsh al'a my clothes in arm&hammer...
