This is a probably a common problem, but the rubber string stop on my '08 Diamond Marquis started to pull free and stick to the string after a few hundred shots. I guess those little rubber "nubs"...

i carry 5- one fordeer, and one just in case I need a second shot. The other 3 I save in case I get lost and need to fire off 3 shots to signal for help (Did I mention I'm half Polish!!)

Your right, it is a halibut. It took aobut 40 minutes to land and get into the boat. I had to bring it up from the bottom 3x in 100' of water. Yeilded 109 lbs. of filets. Great fish!
