SW WA. Been thru Dayton a few times. Seems like there are a lot of critters around there....Might check with the locals....Would think your luck would change after some scouting as was mentioned...

Seems like a quality hunt for elk is proceeded with the words "Drawing Results". Have hunted the Blue Mtn herd, the Rattlesnake herd and the Naches area, with results only when permitted.....

Finally got a Moose (8008) after about 10 years of trying. Failed on muzzleloader elk in the Blue Mtns.

Took a whitetail above Kettle Falls a few years back...but didn't see any moose then....
