Try to explain this rule. They aren't legal to hunt with in Idaho. They just reviewed the rule this year and decided to keep it the way it is. I'm trying to grasp the rationale.

DIY installed cheapo scope. If I adjust the scope, then shoot, bullets wander all over the place for a while.If I adjust, then bump the butt of the gun on the ground, the bullets stop wandering.

My understanding of feathers is that they are lighter, but cause slightly more wind resistance (which is why they stabilize arrows so well). Ibelieve that a 2" Blazer would have less wind resistance...
