Okay, so i took a look at an aerial view of the most heavily (over) populated areas near my city.

Ive got a river bend here, with some cover, and a nearby feild. Theres not much topography...

I found a feathered arrow today in the 3D range and shot it two or three times. It was definetly faster, but I didn't have enough time left to find out if it was any more accurate
