I am haveing the same problem.But after the 5th shot,,,I had to literally beat the ramrod with a block of wood to get it the last 4 inches... It is a real pain in the ass to do... I am useing .49...

Makes alot of sense to me.. 400 bucks for a 22 just for small game animals.. Especially when you have to waite for them to slow down or stop to shoot them...No way.. A single shot,you usually don't...

This year the does seam to be smaller than usual..I would put them in the 100 to 120lbs The bucks I have seen vary quite a bit, anywhere from 120 to 150+.... What I like is how fast it mushrooms on...

And the 2 that I have seen.Did not look nothing like yotes out west..They looked more like wolfs...Ours are a cross breed between the canadian red wolf and a yote of some kind...

They do expand wayfaster and retain more weight to penetrate deeper to do more damage....They was specifically designed for thin game animals...I would not use these in brush cover.Just open fields...

I am 19 years old 5' 8"150 pounds, mostly will be using it for deer but the opprutunity to kill large varmintmay arrise as well.

I don't think there are any varmits as big as a deer???

Yep had one of those,,You could hold the trigger down and just keep pumping it and it was as fast as a semi...Notvery accurate when doing this.but it was fun as hell to do.....

I have seen to many deer run away from less than perfect shots useing anything less in the 243...This is my daughters first year and I know she will be shaking a bitwhen deer fever hits her when shes...

Me and my nephew just shot off a box of managed recoil out of his win 70
30-06, The recoil is about 10 to 15% less than my daughters savage 243... They do hold a tight pattern and the noise is way...

A used 760 pump (18 inch barrel) and a box of managed recoil ammo..I shot a few out of my nephews 30-06 yeseterday,Way less recoil than my daughters 243.. Way less recoil and very accurate...

I stopped at the gun shop that I bought it from and the other same models had the same 1/4 inch play also...I called a few gunsmiths and found one who could seat it today for 40$....So I just droped...

I seen the largest deer tracks that I have ever seen in my life...The hoof from one side to the other was 4 inches And from the front tobackof those 2 round indentations that bucks usually leave...
