i have a bunch of these rifles...never had that problem....only time i have seen this happen is when someone drills out the nipple trying to get more spark to the powder.....

just bought a evolution...went to the range today.........the best group i could get off a bench was 7" at 50 yds......used 2 pyrodex 50 gr. pellets and a 245 gr. powerbelt hp. as this combination...

TAKE THE BARREL OFF .....THEN YOU CAN TAKE OUT THE NIPPLE.......THEN YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEE LIGHT THROUGH THE BARREL WHEN YOU LOOK AT A LIGHT
