Shot both and liked both, got the XL because of my grape ape arms I need a 31.5" draw. They are both awesome so you cant go wrong.

Specialty Archery Feather Lite in a 6" is a good choice. I have the 10" and love it. It has adjustable/movable weights and it is super light.

Yes they do, just make sure you get the right one so your bow balances the way you want it.
