Kanga, what combo of tapers and parallels do you use in your limbs. Have you tried using a automotive cut off saw/wheel to cut out the limbs ? Works fast and is cheap.

I used a Arizona EZ fletch for 20 years and it worked great, just switched to the Jo-Jan and love it. It does every thing the Bitz does and leaves me some money for beer and feathers.

Try Gorilla Glue to install the inserts. WalMart sells it. Seems to be similar to Power Bond. Dip one of the components in water apply glue to the other and assemble. Let it set up over night. Too...

I had troubles with the MX-4 also. I could put a 3 blade muxxy broadhead in the bullseye at 40 yds all day. TheMX-4 was off at 20 yds. The bow was tuned great, justdidn't like that head.

Little Chief, you added 2 inches to my arrow. It is 30 1/4. I use a 150gr Magnus 1, 4 blade with a 75gr insert in the head. They fly great.

You may want to try a 250 at that length. The 350 is going to be way stiff. I shoot a 30 1/4 350 from my 60lb Bow with a 225 gr head and it's a bit stiff.
