If you are going for soft fleshed fishsuch as carp and tilapiaI recommend the WAR HEAD,
the war head has 2 barbs on it that are spiraled, these barbs are retracted in flight for added stability...

Thought you guys would find this interesting and benefical. You should know by now if you have hunted gar, after the kill the gars skin gets very slimmy. This slim was used by seminols as a mosquito...

If you ever wanted to use one again, you could buy a cheap Horton and pick up one of the adapter plates for the AMS Retreiver Reel. We use that exact setup for Gators and it works great. A Muzzy big...
