i would definately be out in the woods longer like for example be out in your stand sooner because that will allow you to get out there before everything starts moving which could be the reason you...

i am hunting in central wisconsin and the rut is started...last nighti saw a 10 point buck in my swamp but couldnt get him in(60 yards)..do i go back to that stand or hunt different location

i havent personally missed at 15 yards but then again i have only bow hunted for about 2.5 years and only shot at 1 doe and killed it but i had a good buddy that missed a 10pointer with about a 18...

Defianetly not. do as much bow hunting as you can but when the rut comes then go even more...because the fun thing with bowhunting is you never know when that big buck you've been scouting is gonna...

go to a local sport shop if possible and if not, try to place knuckle in the sort of hole in your jaw bone, and try to see if the string is on the tip of your nose. it is extremely important!good luck
