Just recently I got into deer hunting with a bow. And I shot from a deer stand does anyone have any pointers on judging distance,shot placement,and sighting an a fixed pin sight???

No I didnt mean come as a smart ass I was just woundering who shot fred bear and jennings bow Because I shoot one. And everyone else shoots mathews, hoyt, pse etc......

Ok I see. But if you have a stand set up all year in the same spot.. the direction of the wind can change right? And does that mean if the wind direction is different one day I shouldent try?
