RE: Layering techniques to keep warm

Don't know about not getting clothes from Wal-Mart. I bought a set of insulated bibs a couple of years ago and a 4n1 parka and have never been cold. I'll agree that most things there are cheap, but...

RE: How difficult should a climber be?

I have an Ol Man Vision and an API magnum supreme and love both of them. I use the Ol' Man for bowhunting due to the open front when the top is turned down as a footrest. Practice will make you more...

RE: any indiana deer yet?

I was up there last weekend with a couple buddies and we all came home with a doe. Saw a spike but that is the only buck we saw. It was our first time in Indiana and spent the first day scouting a...

RE: my butt gets numb!

Standing helps. My butt doesn't get numb but my knees get sore from being bent like that for long periods of time. I try to stand for an hour and sit for an hour.

RE: did you see deer this weekend with the full moon.

Went to Indiana for the first time this weekend and saw deer every day. We spent Friday morning scouting a few areas and the three of us each killed a mature doe. Everywhere we went, there were deer...

RE: Broadhead Flight

One of the things I did when I refletched my arrows was to align the broadheads with my feathers. I have been shooting the last week from the treestand and the groups are tight as ever.

I agree r33h, bowmanhunter.com is where I've purchased my last two dozen wraps. He has a large selection and they arrive fast. I ordered the white reflective wraps and they have already saved me two...

RE: Broadhead Flight

I don't know exactly which step solved the problem. I refletched my arrows, spin tested my shafts and one didn't pass that test. I weighed all of the arrows again and shot both field points and...

RE: Broadhead Flight

I use 4" Feathers with a right helical fletch on both field tips and broadheads. I have never had problems before switching from field tips to the muzzy 3 blades. By spin testing them do you mean...

Broadhead Flight

I bought a new Bowtech Tribute over the summer and have been shooting about 100-150 arrows a week for the last month or so with field tips. The bow was easy to tune and sight in. I have been able to...

I was wondering if anyone had any reviews of the 2005 Patriot? I've seen the comparisons and the IBO speed and everything look great, but how quite are they and how much vibration do you feel...

Diamond Triumph

Does anyone know anything about this bow? It seems pretty fast at 310fps and has a nice price tag....almost too nice. Just wondering why it is so cheap.

RE: broadhead help

Can't beat a Muzzy as far as I'm concerned. I have used 3-blade 100gr. for several years and they get the job done! I have put 2 through the backbone and severed the spine with very little damage to...
