Have been teaching Jace to shootthe Savage 22.

This is #5 we took Monday night. #3& 4 both managed to get to the shrub brush and we didnt go in trying to find them in the dark. This is thenext to thebiggest taken so far. #3 was quite a bit bigger...

These came off a lease a little east of Shamrock, Tx.
The place is overrun with badgers. We have shot9 in the last week and seen another 20 or more - all on same section.

I am not very familiar with hogs. I just figured that if there was 1, there had to be more close by. Need to get busy learning more now that I know we have some.

How far off I-40were you taking...

The lease is approximately 5 miles east of Shamrock.

Went back tonight to see if could catch a coyote sniffing around the gut pile from last nights pig. About 50 yards fromwhereshot the pig last...

Shot this one tonight at a lease in the Texas panhandle. Have not seen any signs that even made us think there were any hogs in the area. Going to have to start looking a little harder now.

I have the Savage with Accu-trigger and have been very impressed with it.
A cheap 3X9 scope on it and it is stillextremely accurate for the price.

guy on our hunting lease shot a deer last weekend. we found blood and knew that he had hit it, but we could not find the deer.
