I forgot to mention yesterday that I found the bullet while I was skinning him. He was quartering slightly toward me when I shot him, so the bullet took a pretty long path from one side of the animal...

You're right about that. With all the development up here (subdivisions and office complexes), The deer population has exploded. I've killed six per year (2 bucks, 4 does) for the last four years but...

Got this one last night in my back yard. He was pushing some does and came right into my treestand. The rifle is a Kimber M84 in 22-250.
