I hadn't paid much attention to other things but they are also raising the price of a preference point from $10 to $50. So, if you buy your 2 points to get a tag and then your tag it will cost $650...

A friend of a friend killed this Iowa stud a few weeks ago. He gotabout 60 pics of it this summer on a trail cam and was finally able to nail him. The mass measurement between the G2 and G3 was 10.5...

I usually shoot 3 to 4 deer a year. We butcher beef also so we have all the burger and steaks we can eat and the wife won't eat deer over beef. I just make lots of jerky and sausage when the season...

Anybody out in Colorado seeing any good elk rut activity? Will be heading that way Friday for a week of hunting. Can't wait to leave, this week of work will seem to be the longest of the year.
